Article R421-51 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The decision of the competent authorities on the application for a temporary residence permit bearing the wording “ICT trainee” provided for in article L. 421-30 is notified to the applicant in writing as soon as possible and no later than ninety days from the date of submission of the complete application.
As an exception to article R. 432-2, silence kept by the administrative authority on the application gives rise to an implicit rejection decision after a period of ninety days.

Article R421-51

La décision des autorités compétentes sur la demande de carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” stagiaire ICT ” prévue à l’article L. 421-30 est notifiée par écrit au demandeur dans les meilleurs délais et au plus tard dans les quatre-vingt-dix jours à compter de la date d’introduction de la demande complète.
Par dérogation à l’article R. 432-2, le silence gardé par l’autorité administrative sur la demande fait naître une décision implicite de rejet au terme d’un délai de quatre-vingt-dix jours.
