Article R421-53 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of the first two paragraphs of article L. 421-31, the establishment or company employing the foreign national who is carrying out an assignment in France shall first notify the foreign national’s mobility project, as soon as it is known, to the competent administrative authority designated by order of the minister responsible for immigration, and in accordance with the procedure laid down by the latter.

Pour l’application des deux premiers alinéas de l’article L. 421-31, l’établissement ou l’entreprise d’emploi de l’étranger qui effectue une mission en France notifie au préalable le projet de mobilité de l’étranger, dès lors qu’il est connu, à l’autorité administrative compétente désignée par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’immigration, et selon la procédure prévue par celui-ci.
