Article R4211-33 of the French Public Health Code

Establishments or organisations which store and distribute individually prepared advanced therapy medicinal products which have been transferred to them by an establishment or organisation authorised to prepare, store, distribute or transfer these products may not carry out these storage and distribution activities without being authorised to do so under the conditions laid down by the provisions of this section, with the exception of those of articles R. 4211-47 and R. 4211-51 which do not apply to them.
These establishments or organisations store and distribute advanced therapy medicinal products prepared on an ad hoc basis under the conditions of the authorisation granted in application of this section to the establishments or organisations which have transferred these products to them.

Les établissements ou organismes qui conservent et distribuent des médicaments de thérapie innovante préparés ponctuellement qui leur ont été cédés par un établissement ou un organisme autorisé à préparer, conserver, distribuer ou céder ces produits ne peuvent effectuer ces activités de conservation et de distribution sans y être autorisés dans les conditions prévues par les dispositions de la présente section, à l’exception de celles des articles R. 4211-47 et R. 4211-51 qui ne leur sont pas applicables.
Ces établissements ou organismes conservent et distribuent les médicaments de thérapie innovante préparés ponctuellement dans les conditions de l’autorisation délivrée en application de la présente section aux établissements ou organismes qui leur ont cédé ces produits.
