Article R4211-7 of the French Public Health Code

Any changes to the information and documents mentioned in Article R. 4211-1 must be authorised by the Director General of the Agency. The application for authorisation must be accompanied by the corresponding supporting documents.

If the Director General of the Agency remains silent on an application for authorisation for more than four months from the date of submission of a complete and regular application, this will be deemed to constitute a rejection decision.

Toute modification concernant les éléments et documents mentionnés à l’article R. 4211-1 est autorisée par le directeur général de l’agence. La demande d’autorisation est accompagnée des pièces justificatives correspondantes.

Le silence gardé par le directeur général de l’agence sur une demande d’autorisation pendant plus de quatre mois à compter de la présentation d’un dossier complet et régulier vaut décision de rejet.
