L’établissement d’enseignement qui accueille l’étranger doit fonctionner dans des conditions conformes aux dispositions législatives et réglementaires en vigueur. Sa capacité à recevoir l’étudiant étranger dans de telles conditions peut faire l’objet d’une vérification par l’administration chargée du contrôle de l’établissement.
