Article R422-51-17 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The Director General of the Institut national de la propriété industrielle shall register the company, by way of derogation from Article R. 422-3-1, within two months of receipt of the declaration provided for in the first paragraph of the preceding article, provided that the legal and regulatory conditions for such registration are met.

Article R422-51-17

Le directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle procède à l’inscription de la société, par dérogation à l’article R. 422-3-1, dans un délai de deux mois suivant la réception de la déclaration prévue au premier alinéa de l’article précédent, dès lors que les conditions légales et règlementaires de cette inscription sont remplies.
