Article R422-51-8 of the French Intellectual Property Code

If this change results in the company’s declared situation not complying with the legislative and regulatory provisions in force, the company shall be given formal notice by the Director General of the Institute to regularise its situation within the period indicated in the formal notice.

If, on expiry of that period, the company has not regularised its situation, the Director General of the Institute shall refer the members practising the profession to the disciplinary chamber provided for in Article L. 422-10.

Si ce changement a pour effet de rendre la situation déclarée de la société non conforme aux dispositions législatives et réglementaires en vigueur, la société est mise en demeure par le directeur général de l’institut de régulariser sa situation dans le délai indiqué par cette mise en demeure.

Si, à l’expiration de ce délai, la société n’a pas régularisé sa situation, le directeur général de l’Institut saisit, à l’encontre des associés exerçant la profession, la chambre de discipline prévue à l’article L. 422-10.
