Article R4221-19 of the French Public Health Code

When the pharmacist suspended in application of article L. 4221-18 works in one or more health establishments, the administrative authority which pronounced the suspension immediately informs of its decision the person in charge of the establishment or establishments where the person concerned works and, in the case of public sector employees, the appointing authority where this is different from the person in charge.

Article R4221-19

Lorsque le pharmacien suspendu en application de l’article L. 4221-18 exerce dans un ou plusieurs établissements de santé, l’autorité administrative ayant prononcé la suspension informe immédiatement de sa décision le responsable légal de l’établissement ou des établissements où l’intéressé exerce et, pour les agents de droit public, l’autorité ayant pouvoir de nomination lorsque celle-ci est différente du responsable légal.
