Article R4222-1 of the French Public Health Code

The pharmacist, private practice company or financial holding company of liberal profession pharmacists applying for registration on the roll of the professional body will send his application by any means that provides proof of its date of receipt:

1° For pharmacists and private practice companies of pharmacists who own a dispensary, as well as for private practice companies of pharmacists, to the president of the regional council of the region in which the pharmacist wishes to practice or in which the head office of the company is located;

2° For other categories of pharmacists, with the exception of those covered by 3° of this article, to the president of the central council of the section to which they belong in application of the provisions of article L. 4232-1;

3° For pharmacists or private practice companies practising their art, as well as for private practice companies of dispensing pharmacists whose registered office is located in the overseas departments and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, to their local delegation.

Article R4222-1

Le pharmacien, la société d’exercice libéral ou la société de participations financières de profession libérale de pharmaciens d’officine qui sollicite son inscription au tableau de l’ordre adresse sa demande par tout moyen permettant de rapporter la preuve de sa date de réception :

1° Pour les pharmaciens et les sociétés d’exercice libéral de pharmaciens titulaires d’une officine, ainsi que pour les sociétés de participations financières de profession libérale de pharmaciens d’officine, au président du conseil régional de la région dans laquelle le pharmacien veut exercer ou dans laquelle est situé le siège de la société ;

2° Pour les autres catégories de pharmaciens, à l’exception de ceux relevant du 3° du présent article, au président du conseil central de la section dont relève leur activité en application des dispositions de l’article L. 4232-1 ;

3° Pour les pharmaciens ou sociétés d’exercice libéral exerçant leur art, ainsi que pour les sociétés de participations financières de profession libérale de pharmaciens d’officine dont le siège est situé dans les départements d’outre-mer et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, à leur délégation locale.
