Exemption is granted after investigation by the Labour Inspectorate.
It is granted after obtaining the opinion of:
1° The social and economic committee;
2° The departmental consultative committee on safety and accessibility for establishments open to the public.

Elle est accordée après avis :
1° Du comité social et économique ;
2° De la commission consultative départementale de sécurité et d’accessibilité pour les établissements recevant du public.
