Article R423-12 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The meeting of the Regulatory Oversight Committee is open to the public if the defendant so requests.

Notwithstanding such a request, the Chairman of the Committee may prohibit the public from entering the room during all or part of the meeting if the protection of public order, business secrecy or any other secret protected by law so requires.

La séance de la commission du contrôle de la réglementation est publique si la personne mise en cause le demande.


Nonobstant une telle demande, le président de la commission peut interdire au public l’accès de la salle pendant tout ou partie de la séance lorsque la protection de l’ordre public, du secret des affaires ou de tout autre secret protégé par la loi le nécessite.
