Article R423-2 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

No member of the Commission for the Scrutiny of Regulations may take part in the deliberations of a case concerning:

1° A company or corporation controlled, within the meaning ofArticle L. 233-16 of the Commercial Code, by a company in which he holds or has held office during the three years preceding the deliberation, or in which he holds or has held a mandate or interest of any kind during the same period;

2° A company that he himself, or a legal entity within which he has held a position or office during the three years preceding the deliberation, has advised or represented during the same period.

Article R423-2

Aucun membre de la commission du contrôle de la réglementation ne peut prendre part au délibéré dans une affaire concernant :

1° Une entreprise ou une société contrôlée, au sens de l’article L. 233-16 du code de commerce, par une entreprise dans laquelle il exerce ou a exercé des fonctions au cours des trois années précédant la délibération, ou dans laquelle il détient ou a détenu un mandat ou un intérêt quelconque au cours de la même période ;

2° Une entreprise que lui-même, ou une personne morale au sein de laquelle il a exercé des fonctions ou détenu un mandat au cours des trois années précédant la délibération, a conseillée ou représentée au cours de la même période.
