During the conciliation meeting, the parties and, where applicable, their representatives are heard by the conciliator(s).
A report of total or partial conciliation or a report of non-conciliation is drawn up, noting either the failure of the parties to come together or their absence from the conciliation meeting. It indicates the points of disagreement that remain in the event of partial conciliation. It is signed by the parties present and, where applicable, by their representatives, as well as by the conciliator(s).
An original copy of the minutes is given or sent to each of the parties and forwarded to the President of the relevant Central or Regional Council.
