If the complaint concerns one of the members of the regional council, this council may ask the president of the national council to designate another regional council to organise the conciliation.

If the complaint concerns one of the members of the Central Council, the Central Council may ask the President of the National Council to appoint one to three national ordinal councillors to organise the conciliation.

The conciliator or conciliators shall refrain from sitting in the Disciplinary Chamber during the examination of the case for which they have organised conciliation.

Lorsque la plainte met en cause l’un des membres du conseil régional, ce conseil peut demander au président du conseil national de désigner un autre conseil régional chargé d’organiser la conciliation.

Lorsque la plainte met en cause l’un des membres du conseil central, ce conseil peut demander au président du conseil national de désigner un à trois conseillers ordinaux nationaux chargés d’organiser la conciliation.

Le ou les conciliateurs s’abstiennent de siéger en chambre de discipline lors de l’examen de l’affaire pour laquelle ils ont organisé la conciliation.
