If the complaint concerns one of the members of the regional council, this council may ask the president of the national council to designate another regional council to organise the conciliation.
If the complaint concerns one of the members of the Central Council, the Central Council may ask the President of the National Council to appoint one to three national ordinal councillors to organise the conciliation.
The conciliator or conciliators shall refrain from sitting in the Disciplinary Chamber during the examination of the case for which they have organised conciliation.
