Tous les prix doivent être portés à la connaissance du public conformément à la réglementation économique en vigueur.

Lorsque le pharmacien est, en vertu de la réglementation en vigueur, appelé à fixer librement les prix pratiqués dans son officine, il doit y procéder avec tact et mesure.
