The provisions of this subsection apply to dispensing pharmacists and, insofar as they concern them, to pharmacists practising in in-house pharmacies and to those practising in all other organisations authorised to dispense medicinal products.

No pharmacist may keep a pharmacy open, or a pharmacy for internal use in operation, if he is unable to practise personally or if he is not effectively and regularly replaced.
The pharmacist entrusted with the management of a pharmacy after the death of the proprietor must, while taking account of the legitimate interests of the successors, require them to respect his professional independence.
All pharmacies must be clearly marked from the outside with the name(s) of the owner(s), co-owner(s) or partner(s) in practice. The names of assistant pharmacists may also be mentioned. The organisation of the pharmacy or the pharmacy for internal use must ensure the quality of all the procedures carried out there.
