Article R425-9 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A foreign national holding a temporary residence permit bearing the wording “private and family life” issued under the conditions set out in article R. 425-5 who wishes to return to his or her country of origin or travel to another country may benefit from the assisted return scheme financed by the French Office for Immigration and Integration.
