Article R4311-92 of the French Public Health Code

The date of the elections to the National Council of the Order of Nurses and the voting procedures are set by the National Council.

The election of the members of the National Council takes place under the conditions laid down in articles R. 4311-57-1 to R. 4311-64 and in accordance with the procedures set out in the electoral regulations drawn up by the National Council of the Order of Nurses.

La date des élections au Conseil national de l’ordre des infirmiers ainsi que les modalités de vote sont fixées par le conseil national.

L’élection des membres du conseil national a lieu dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 4311-57-1 à R. 4311-64 et selon les modalités fixées par le règlement électoral établi par le Conseil national de l’ordre des infirmiers.
