Article R4311-93 of the French Public Health Code

In addition to its chairman, the national disciplinary chamber comprises twelve full members and twelve alternate members, distributed as follows:

1° Six full members and six alternate members, elected by the full members of the National Council from among its members for three years;

2° Two full members and two alternate members representing each of the colleges, elected for six years by the full members of the national council from among the members and former members and alternate members of the departmental, interdepartmental, regional and interregional councils of the order, excluding national councillors currently in office, and renewable by half every three years.

Former members must be entered on the roll.

The Chamber sits as a panel of at least five members.

La chambre disciplinaire nationale comprend, outre son président, douze membres titulaires et douze membres suppléants, répartis ainsi qu’il suit :

1° Six membres titulaires et six membres suppléants, élus par les membres titulaires du conseil national parmi ses membres pour trois ans ;

2° Deux membres titulaires et deux membres suppléants représentant chacun des collèges, élus pour six ans par les membres titulaires du conseil national parmi les membres et anciens membres titulaires et suppléants des conseils départementaux, interdépartementaux, régionaux et interrégionaux de l’ordre, à l’exclusion des conseillers nationaux en cours de mandat, et renouvelables par moitié tous les trois ans.

Les anciens membres doivent être inscrits au tableau.

La chambre siège en formation d’au moins cinq membres.
