The date of the elections to the national disciplinary chamber is announced by the national council under the same conditions as those laid down inarticle R. 4311-92.
Candidates shall make their candidacy known under the conditions laid down in Chapter V of Title II of Book I of Part Four of this Code.
In the four months following each renewal of the National Council, the latter shall at the same time elect all the full and alternate members of the college mentioned in 1° ofarticle R. 4311-93 and renew half of the full and alternate members of the college mentioned in 2° of article R. 4311-93. of the National Disciplinary Chamber.
Voting shall take place by secret ballot at the headquarters of the National Council. The counting of votes shall be public.
The election is won by a simple majority of the voting members present. Candidates are declared elected under the conditions laid down in Chapter V of Title II of Book I of Part Four of this Code.
A copy of the minutes is sent to the National Council and to the Minister for Health.
