In the event that a nurse is questioned in the course of disciplinary proceedings, he or she is required, to the extent compatible with respect for professional secrecy, to reveal any facts of use to the investigation that come to his or her knowledge.

Any deliberately inaccurate statement may itself give rise to disciplinary proceedings.

Dans le cas où un infirmier est interrogé au cours d’une procédure disciplinaire ordinale, il est tenu, dans la mesure compatible avec le respect du secret professionnel, de révéler les faits utiles à l’instruction parvenus à sa connaissance.
