Article R4312-28 of the French Public Health Code

Nurses must, in the interests of patients, maintain good relations with members of other health professions. They shall respect the professional independence of those professions.

Nurses are prohibited from slandering another health professional, casting aspersions on him or her or echoing comments likely to harm him or her in the exercise of his or her profession.
