Article R4313-34 of the French Labour Code

Where the body has not made its decision known within the time limit laid down in the previous article, the applicant may, at the latest within two months of the expiry of this time limit, submit a complaint to the Minister for Labour. The latter may authorise the applicant to apply to another notified body.

Lorsque l’organisme n’a pas fait connaître sa décision dans le délai prévu à l’article précédent, le demandeur peut, au plus tard dans les deux mois qui suivent l’expiration de ce délai, saisir le ministre chargé du travail d’une réclamation. Celui-ci peut, autoriser le demandeur à s’adresser à un autre organisme notifié.
