Article R4313-35 of the French Labour Code

Decisions to issue or refuse an EC type-examination certificate may, where they are taken by a notified body located on French territory, be the subject of a complaint to the Minister responsible for labour, within two months of notification of the decision to the applicant at the latest.

Les décisions portant délivrance ou refus d’une attestation d’examen CE de type peuvent, lorsqu’elles sont prises par un organisme notifié situé sur le territoire français, faire l’objet d’une réclamation devant le ministre chargé du travail, au plus tard dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la notification de la décision au demandeur.
