Article R4313-68 of the French Labour Code

The manufacturer must inform the body which approved his quality assurance system of any proposed changes to that system.

The body must examine the proposed modifications and decide whether the quality assurance system continues to meet the provisions of Articles R. 4313-64 to R. 4313-67. The body must notify the manufacturer of its decision concerning the modified quality assurance system.

Le fabricant informe l’organisme qui a approuvé son système d’assurance qualité de tout projet de modification de ce système.

L’organisme examine les modifications proposées et décide si le système d’assurance qualité continue de répondre aux dispositions des articles R. 4313-64 à R. 4313-67.L’organisme notifie au fabricant sa décision quant au système d’assurance qualité modifié.
