Article R4313-70 of the French Labour Code

The manufacturer shall allow the notified body access to the premises where the personal protective equipment is inspected, tested and stored and shall provide all necessary information, in particular:

1° The documentation on the quality assurance system, including the quality manuals ;

2° technical documentation.

Le fabricant autorise l’organisme notifié à accéder aux lieux d’inspection, d’essais et de stockage des équipements de protection individuelle et fournit toute information nécessaire, notamment :

1° La documentation sur le système d’assurance qualité, y compris les manuels de qualité ;

2° La documentation technique.
