Article R432-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The implicit rejection decision referred to in article R.* 432-1 arises at the end of a four-month period.
As an exception to the first paragraph, this period is ninety days when the foreign national applies for the issue of a residence permit referred to in articles R. 421-23, R. 421-43, R. 421-47, R. 421-54, R. 421-54, R. 421-60, R. 422-5, R. 422-12, R. 426-14 and R. 426-17.
By way of derogation from the first paragraph, this period is sixty days when the foreign national applies for the issue of the residence permit mentioned in article R. 421-26.

Article R432-2

La décision implicite de rejet mentionnée à l’article R.* 432-1 naît au terme d’un délai de quatre mois.
Par dérogation au premier alinéa, ce délai est de quatre-vingt-dix jours lorsque l’étranger sollicite la délivrance d’un titre de séjour mentionné aux articles R. 421-23, R. 421-43, R. 421-47, R. 421-54, R. 421-54, R. 421-60, R. 422-5, R. 422-12, R. 426-14 et R. 426-17.
Par dérogation au premier alinéa ce délai est de soixante jours lorsque l’étranger sollicite la délivrance du titre de séjour mentionné à l’article R. 421-26.
