Article R4321-48 of the French Public Health Code

In addition to its Chairman, the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance comprises eight full members and eight alternate members, distributed as follows:

1° Three full members and three alternate members representing self-employed masseur-physiotherapists, and one full member and one alternate member representing employed masseur-physiotherapists, elected for three years by the regional or inter-regional council from among its members;

2° Three full members and three deputy members representing self-employed masseur-physiotherapists, and one full member and one deputy member representing employed masseur-physiotherapists, elected for six years by the regional council from among the former full and deputy members of the departmental, interdepartmental, regional and interregional councils of the Order, excluding national councillors currently in office, and renewable by half every three years.

Members and former members must be entered on the roll in the jurisdiction of the chamber.

The Chamber sits as a panel of at least five members.

La chambre disciplinaire de première instance comprend, outre son président, huit membres titulaires et huit membres suppléants, répartis ainsi qu’il suit :

1° Trois membres titulaires et trois suppléants représentant les masseurs-kinésithérapeutes libéraux, et un membre titulaire et un membre suppléant représentant les masseurs-kinésithérapeutes salariés, élus pour trois ans par le conseil régional ou interrégional parmi ses membres ;

2° Trois membres titulaires et trois suppléants représentant les masseurs-kinésithérapeutes libéraux, et un membre titulaire et un membre suppléant représentant les masseurs-kinésithérapeutes salariés, élus pour six ans par le conseil régional parmi les anciens membres titulaires et suppléants des conseils départementaux, interdépartementaux, régionaux et interrégionaux de l’ordre, à l’exclusion des conseillers nationaux en cours de mandat, et renouvelables par moitié tous les trois ans.

Les membres et anciens membres doivent être inscrits au tableau dans le ressort de la chambre.

La chambre siège en formation d’au moins cinq membres.
