Article R4381-57 of the French Public Health Code

A member who is definitively banned from practising his profession as a result of a final decision has a period of six months in which to sell his shares under the conditions set out in articles R. 4381-52 to R. 4381-55.

This period begins on the date on which the decision becomes final.

If no sale has been made by the end of this period, the company shall proceed with the sale or repurchase under the conditions provided for in the second paragraph of Article R. 4381-56.

L’associé qui est frappé de l’interdiction définitive d’exercer sa profession résultant d’une décision définitive dispose d’un délai de six mois pour céder ses parts sociales dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 4381-52 à R. 4381-55.

Ce délai a pour point de départ la date à laquelle la décision est devenue définitive.

Si à l’expiration de ce délai aucune cession n’est intervenue, la société procède à la cession ou au rachat dans les conditions prévues au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 4381-56.
