Article R4381-75 of the French Public Health Code

The members of a non-trading professional partnership have a common professional residence.

However, the partnership may be authorised by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency to practise in one or more secondary practices if this is necessary to meet the needs of patients and provided that the location of each secondary practice in relation to the main practice and the organisation of care in this or these practice(s) make it possible to respond to emergencies.

Les membres d’une société civile professionnelle ont une résidence professionnelle commune.

Toutefois, la société peut être autorisée par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé à exercer dans un ou plusieurs cabinets secondaires si la satisfaction des besoins des malades l’exige et à condition que la situation de chaque cabinet secondaire par rapport au cabinet principal ainsi que l’organisation des soins dans ce ou ces cabinets permettent de répondre aux urgences.
