Article R441-8 of the French Commercial code

I.-The administrative authority referred to in I of Article L. 441-15 within whose territorial jurisdiction the applicant has established its registered office or place of business is:

1° The Regional Director of the Economy, Employment, Labour and Solidarity or his or her nominated representative;

>The Regional Director of the Economy, Employment, Labour and Solidarity or his or her nominated representative
2° The Director of the Economy, Employment, Labour and Solidarity or his nominated representative;

> In French Guiana, the Director of the Economy, Employment, Labour and Solidarity or his nominated representative
3° In French Guyana, the Director General of Cohesion and Populations or his appointed representative;

II.-Where the applicant’s registered office is located outside national territory, the authority referred to in I of article L. 441-15 is the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control or his nominated representative.

I.-L’autorité administrative mentionnée au I de l’article L. 441-15 dans le ressort territorial de laquelle le demandeur a établi son siège social ou son établissement est :

1° Le directeur régional de l’économie, de l’emploi, du travail et des solidarités ou son représentant nommément désigné ;

2° Le directeur de l’économie, de l’emploi, du travail et des solidarités ou son représentant nommément désigné ;

3° En Guyane, le directeur général de la cohésion et des populations ou son représentant nommément désigné.

II.-Lorsque le siège social du demandeur est établi en dehors du territoire national, l’autorité mentionnée au I de l’article L. 441-15 est le directeur général de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes ou son représentant nommément désigné.
