Article R4411-43 of the French Labour Code

Subject to the provisions of articles R. 4411-44 and R. 4411-45, the nature of and procedures for declaring the information which must be supplied to the body mentioned in article R. 4411-42 in application of the provisions of article L. 4411-4 on dangerous substances or mixtures intended for use in establishments employing workers, as well as the procedures for accessing this information, are laid down by Chapters I and II of Title IV of Book III of Part One of the Public Health Code.

Sous réserve des dispositions des articles R. 4411-44 et R. 4411-45, la nature et les modalités de déclaration des informations qui doivent être fournies à l’organisme mentionné à l’article R. 4411-42 en application des dispositions de l’article L. 4411-4 sur les substances ou mélanges dangereux destinés à être utilisés dans des établissements employant des travailleurs ainsi que les modalités d’accès à celles-ci sont fixées par les chapitres Ier et II du titre IV du livre III de la première partie du code de la santé publique.
