Article R4411-45 of the French Labour Code

The body referred to in Article L. 4411-4 is authorised to provide the labour inspection officers referred to in Article L. 8112-1, the labour inspection doctors referred to in Article L. 8112-1, to an occupational physician designated by the Caisse centrale de mutualité agricole, to the prevention engineers or regional technicians of the regional directorates for companies, competition, consumption, work and employment, to the consultant engineers of the occupational health and retirement insurance funds and to the prevention advisors mentioned in articles L. 724-8 and L. 724-9 of the rural and maritime fishing code, any information they hold on the composition of the mixtures.

Requests for information under this article shall be made in writing to the competent body, which shall register them.

L’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 4411-4 est habilité à fournir aux agents de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionnés à l’article L. 8112-1, aux médecins agents de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionnés à l’article L. 8112-1, à un médecin du travail désigné par la Caisse centrale de mutualité agricole, aux ingénieurs de prévention ou techniciens régionaux des directions régionales des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi, aux ingénieurs-conseils des caisses d’assurance retraite et de la santé au travail et aux conseillers en prévention mentionnés aux articles L. 724-8 et L. 724-9 du code rural et de la pêche maritime tout renseignement qu’il détient sur la composition des mélanges.

Les demandes de renseignement au titre du présent article sont faites par écrit à l’organisme compétent qui les enregistre.
