Article R4412-103 of the French Labour Code

The employer shall use the same accredited body to carry out the sampling strategy, sampling and analyses. To this end, the employer shall provide it with all relevant data and, in agreement with the client, shall grant it access to the premises concerned by the operations.

The body chosen shall be independent of the companies it inspects.

Pour procéder à la stratégie d’échantillonnage, aux prélèvements et aux analyses, l’employeur fait appel à un même organisme accrédité. Il lui communique, à cette fin, toutes données utiles et, en accord avec le donneur d’ordre, lui donne accès aux lieux concernés par les opérations.

L’organisme choisi est indépendant des entreprises qu’il contrôle.
