Article R4412-21 of the French Labour Code

Access to workplaces where hazardous chemical agents are used is restricted to persons whose duties so require.
Appropriate signs must be posted in these areas to remind people that they are not allowed to enter without a work-related reason and that there is a risk of emissions hazardous to health, including accidental emissions.
