L’employeur établit, après avis du comité social et économique, une notice fixant les conditions de l’entretien des installations et des appareils de protection collective et les procédures à mettre en œuvre pour assurer leur surveillance, notamment pour détecter d’éventuelles défaillances et les éliminer.
