Article R4413-12 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In order to enable the agency to ensure, in accordance with the provisions of the third paragraph of article L. 4413-2, the coordination of the region’s actions with those of the State and its public establishments, a coordination committee is set up comprising the regional prefect or his representative, the chairman of the agency’s board of directors or his representative and the agency’s director.

This committee meets at the initiative of the regional prefect or the chairman of the agency’s board of directors. The Regional Prefect and the Chairman of the Board of Directors may be assisted by persons of their choice. The secretariat for the Coordination Committee is provided by the Agency.

Article R4413-12

Afin de permettre à l’agence d’assurer, conformément aux dispositions du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 4413-2, la coordination des actions de la région avec celles de l’Etat et de ses établissements publics, il est créé un comité de coordination composé du préfet de région ou son représentant, du président du conseil d’administration de l’agence ou son représentant et du directeur de l’agence.

Ce comité se réunit à l’initiative du préfet de région ou du président du conseil d’administration de l’agence. Le préfet de région et le président du conseil d’administration peuvent se faire assister par les personnes de leur choix. Le secrétariat du comité de coordination est assuré par l’agence.
