Article R4422-10 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Members of the Corsican economic, social, environmental and cultural council are appointed for six years.

Seats declared vacant are filled within two months of the vacancy being established by the Prefect of Corsica.

Any person appointed to replace a member of the council shall hold office until the expiry of the term of office of the person they are replacing.

The term of office of the members of the Corsican Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council is renewable.

Les membres du conseil économique, social, environnemental et culturel de Corse sont désignés pour six ans.

Les sièges déclarés vacants sont pourvus dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la constatation de la vacance par le préfet de Corse.

Toute personne désignée pour remplacer un membre du conseil exerce son mandat jusqu’à expiration du mandat de la personne qu’elle remplace.

Le mandat des membres du conseil économique, social, environnemental et culturel de Corse est renouvelable.
