Article R4422-22 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When it receives a request formulated in application of the first paragraph of article R. 4422-16, the Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council may appoint a rapporteur to present its opinion to the competent committee of the Corsican Assembly, which is obliged to hear it. With the agreement of the President of the Assembly of Corsica, he may present it to the Assembly.

In other cases, the rapporteur appointed by the council shall, where appropriate, present the opinion he has delivered to the competent committee.

Lorsqu’il est saisi d’une demande formulée en application du premier alinéa de l’article R. 4422-16, le conseil économique, social, environnemental et culturel peut désigner un rapporteur chargé d’exposer l’avis qu’il a rendu devant la commission compétente de l’Assemblée de Corse qui est tenue de l’entendre. Après accord du président de l’Assemblée de Corse, il peut l’exposer devant l’Assemblée.

Dans les autres cas, le rapporteur désigné par le conseil expose, le cas échéant, l’avis qu’il a rendu devant la commission compétente.
