Article R4423-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of the deliberations of the Assembly of Corsica and the Executive Council of Corsica as well as the acts of the President of the Executive Council, of a regulatory nature or taken pursuant to 3° of Article L. 4422-26, are published in a recueil des actes administratifs that is published at least once a month.

This compendium is made available to the public at the offices of the Executive Council and the Assembly of Corsica. The public is informed, within twenty-four hours, that the compendium is made available to them, by posting, at the usual places for the official posting of the territorial collectivity.

Distribution of the compendium may be free of charge or by sale per issue or by subscription.

Le dispositif des délibérations de l’Assemblée de Corse et du conseil exécutif de Corse ainsi que les actes du président du conseil exécutif, à caractère réglementaire ou pris en application du 3° de l’article L. 4422-26, sont publiés dans un recueil des actes administratifs ayant une périodicité au moins mensuelle.

Ce recueil est mis à la disposition du public au siège du conseil exécutif et à celui de l’Assemblée de Corse. Le public est informé, dans les vingt-quatre heures, que le recueil est mis à sa disposition, par affichage, aux lieux habituels de l’affichage officiel de la collectivité territoriale.

La diffusion du recueil peut être effectuée à titre gratuit ou par vente au numéro ou par abonnement.
