Article R4426-7 of the French Labour Code

Any worker exposed to group 3 or 4 biological agents will benefit from enhanced individual monitoring under the conditions set out in articles R. 4624-22 to R. 4624-28 of this code.

Any worker exposed to group 1 or 2 biological agents will benefit from individual monitoring as provided for in articles R. 4624-10 to R. 4624-21 of this code. For workers exposed to group 2 biological agents, the initial information and prevention visit is carried out before they are assigned to the workstation.

Tout travailleur exposé aux agents biologiques des groupes 3 ou 4 bénéficie d’un suivi individuel renforcé dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 4624-22 à R. 4624-28 du présent code.

Tout travailleur exposé aux agents biologiques des groupes 1 ou 2 bénéficie d’un suivi individuel prévu aux articles R. 4624-10 à R. 4624-21 du présent code. Pour les travailleurs exposés aux agents biologiques du groupe 2, la visite d’information et de prévention initiale est réalisée avant l’affectation au poste.
