Article R444-28 of the French Commercial code

Installation and maintenance grants are awarded up to:

1° A ceiling per service defined, for each profession concerned, by the order provided for in 2° of Article R. 444-27, and which does not exceed €100;

2° An overall ceiling per professional of €50,000 per calendar year.

Article R444-28

Les aides à l’installation et au maintien sont octroyées dans la limite :

1° D’un plafond par prestation défini, pour chaque profession concernée, par l’arrêté prévu au 2° de l’article R. 444-27, et qui n’excède pas 100 € ;

2° D’un plafond global par professionnel de 50 000 € par année civile.
