Article R444-35 of the French Commercial code

Any installation or maintenance aid paid without the conditions set out in this chapter being met shall give rise to reimbursement to the interprofessional fund for access to law and justice. If the beneficiary of the aid refuses to reimburse it, the company referred to in article R. 444-36 may take any legal action, on expiry of a period of three months from the sending of formal notice which has remained unsuccessful by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Article R444-35

Toute aide à l’installation ou au maintien versée sans que les conditions prévues par le présent chapitre ne soient remplies donne lieu à remboursement au fonds interprofessionnel de l’accès au droit et à la justice. En cas de refus du bénéficiaire de l’aide de procéder à son remboursement, la société mentionnée à l’article R. 444-36 peut exercer toute action en justice, à l’expiration d’un délai de trois mois à compter de l’envoi d’une mise en demeure restée infructueuse par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.
