Article R444-60 of the French Commercial code

The following are subject to the rules applicable to expert appraisals:

1° The fixing and collection of the remuneration of a notary appointed by the court to carry out an investigative measure or to fulfil an assignment not involving the drafting of a deed for which the fee is regulated;

2° The payment of the deposit and the collection of the remuneration of the notary appointed pursuant to the 10° of Article 255 of the Civil Code.

Sont soumis aux règles applicables en matière d’expertise :

1° La fixation et la perception de la rémunération du notaire commis par justice pour effectuer une mesure d’instruction ou pour remplir une mission ne comportant pas la rédaction d’un acte dont l’émolument est réglementé ;

2° Le versement de la consignation et la perception de la rémunération du notaire désigné en application du 10° de l’article 255 du code civil.
