Article R4441-10 of the French Public Health Code

The term of office of the members of the Disciplinary Chamber referred to in the fourth paragraph of Article L. 4441-2 ends on the date on which the results of the election to renew their seats are announced.

Outgoing members of the Disciplinary Chamber, whether full members or alternates, may be re-elected.

An alternate member whose term of office has not expired may apply to become a full member without first having to resign.

Le mandat des membres de la chambre disciplinaire mentionné au quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 4441-2 prend fin à la date de proclamation des résultats de l’élection destinée à renouveler leur siège.

Les membres sortants de la chambre disciplinaire, titulaires ou suppléants, sont rééligibles.

Un membre suppléant qui n’est pas en fin de mandat peut présenter sa candidature pour être membre titulaire sans devoir préalablement démissionner.
