Article R4441-13 of the French Public Health Code

Withdrawal of candidatures for the disciplinary chambers may not take place until fifteen days before the date of the ballot at the latest.

It is notified to the body of the order by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or deposited at the headquarters of the body of the order in return for a receipt. In the event of an election by the National Council, it may also be notified by any means, including electronic means, giving certainty of receipt.

Le retrait de candidatures aux chambres disciplinaires ne peut intervenir que quinze jours au plus tard avant la date du scrutin.

Il est notifié à l’organe de l’ordre par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception ou déposé au siège de l’organe de l’ordre contre récépissé. En cas d’élection par le Conseil national, il peut être également notifié par tout moyen y compris dématérialisé, donnant date certaine à sa réception.
