Article R4441-16 of the French Public Health Code

Voting takes place at the headquarters of the body of the Association concerned or, failing that, at the National Council.

The president of the body of the ordre or one of his representatives duly authorised for this purpose opens the meeting and invites the assembly to elect a polling station consisting of a president and two assessors, who designate as many scrutineers as necessary. Each scrutineer is provided with a list of voters and notes the names of those who voted.
