Article R4441-17 of the French Public Health Code

During the on-site ballot, the lists of candidates and envelopes are made available to the voters present.

The opening of the ballot is announced and the closing pronounced by the president of the polling station in accordance with the instructions given on the invitations.

At the opening of the ballot, the president of the polling station makes a declaration that the ballot box is empty.

The ballot is then taken.

Voting is secret and requires a majority of the members present. The necessary means are made available to voters to preserve the freedom and secrecy of their vote.

Lors du scrutin sur place, les listes de candidats ainsi que des enveloppes sont mises à la disposition des électeurs présents.


L’ouverture du scrutin est annoncée et la clôture prononcée par le président du bureau de vote conformément aux indications portées sur les convocations.


A l’ouverture du scrutin, le président du bureau de vote fait constater que l’urne est vide.


Il est ensuite procédé au vote.


Le scrutin est secret et à la majorité des membres présents. Les moyens nécessaires sont mis à la disposition des électeurs pour préserver la liberté et le secret de leur vote.
