Article R4441-19 of the French Public Health Code

Minutes of the election are drawn up immediately. It shall state the time at which the meeting opened and closed, the number of votes obtained by each candidate and the result of the election. It shall mention any complaints and the reasoned decisions taken by the polling station regarding any incidents that may have occurred during the voting process.

Ballot papers and envelopes declared invalid or contested shall be appended to it. The other ballot papers, together with the original minutes and the annexes thereto, shall be kept in sealed envelopes at the registered office of the body concerned for a period of three months following the election or, if the election is referred to the competent bodies, until the final decision has been taken.

The minutes of the election shall be signed by the members of the polling station.

As soon as the minutes have been drawn up, the results shall be announced by the chairman of the polling station.

The meeting may not be declared closed until the results of the ballot have been declared and the minutes have been signed.

A copy of the minutes shall be sent immediately, by any means giving a date certain of its receipt:

1° to the National Council;

2° to the Government of New Caledonia or French Polynesia;

3° to the representative of the State in New Caledonia or French Polynesia;

4° to the disciplinary chamber concerned by the election.

The results of the elections are published in the Official Journal of New Caledonia or French Polynesia, as well as on the websites of the professional body concerned and the National Council.

Un procès-verbal de l’élection est immédiatement établi. Il indique l’heure d’ouverture de la séance et l’heure de sa clôture, le décompte des voix obtenues par chaque candidat et le résultat des élections. Il mentionne les réclamations éventuelles ainsi que les décisions motivées prises par le bureau de vote sur les incidents qui ont pu se produire au cours des opérations de vote.

Les bulletins de vote et enveloppes déclarés nuls ou contestés y sont annexés. Les autres bulletins, ainsi que l’original du procès-verbal et ses annexes, sont conservés au siège de l’organe concerné, sous plis cachetés, pendant les trois mois qui suivent l’élection ou, si l’élection est déférée aux instances compétentes, jusqu’à la décision définitive.

Le procès-verbal de l’élection est signé des membres du bureau de vote.

Dès l’établissement du procès-verbal, les résultats sont proclamés par le président du bureau de vote.

L’assemblée ne peut être déclarée close qu’après la proclamation des résultats du scrutin et la signature du procès-verbal.

Une copie du procès-verbal est adressée immédiatement, par tout moyen donnant date certaine de sa réception :

1° Au Conseil national ;

2° Au Gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Calédonie ou de la Polynésie française ;

3° Au représentant de l’Etat en Nouvelle-Calédonie ou en Polynésie française ;

4° A la chambre disciplinaire objet de l’élection.

Les résultats des élections sont publiés au Journal officiel de la Nouvelle-Calédonie ou de la Polynésie française, ainsi que sur les sites internet de l’organe de l’ordre concerné et du Conseil national.
