Article R4441-22 of the French Public Health Code

The time limit for appeals to the competent administrative court is fifteen days.

This time limit runs, for practitioners and voters, from the day of the election and, for the High Representative of the State and the National Council, from the day of receipt of notification of the minutes of the election.

The time limits are counted in accordance with the provisions of articles 640 to 647 of the New Caledonian Code of Civil Procedure or the provisions of articles 24 and 25 of deliberation no. 2001-200 AFP of 4 December 2001 on the French Polynesian Code of Civil Procedure .

Le délai de recours devant le tribunal administratif compétent est de quinze jours.


Ce délai court, pour les praticiens et électeurs, à compter du jour de l’élection et, pour le haut-représentant de l’Etat et le Conseil national, à compter du jour de réception de la notification du procès-verbal de l’élection.


Les délais sont décomptés conformément aux dispositions des articles 640 à 647 du code de procédure civile de la Nouvelle-Calédonie ou aux dispositions des articles 24 et 25 de la délibération n° 2001-200 AFP du 4 décembre 2001 portant code de procédure civile de la Polynésie française.
